( Qari ) Patel Yusuf Asmal

About

Assalamualikum warah matullahi wabarakatuh I am Qari (Maulana) Yusuf A Patel, and I have been serving as a teacher at Darul Uloom Baroda, Tandalja for the past 34 years. By the grace and mercy of Allah, I was blessed with the opportunity to perform Hajj every year from 1997 to 2001, completing five consecutive Hajj pilgrimages during that period. Alhamdulillah, I was also blessed to perform Hajj again in 2026 through the Hajj Committee. In addition, Allah has granted me the opportunity to perform Umrah eight times. For the past 27 years, under the guidance and consultation of the Baroda Markaz, I have been providing Hajj and Umrah training to pilgrims. My training includes both theoretical instruction and practical guidance, helping pilgrims understand and perform every aspect of Hajj and Umrah in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Alhamdulillah, I am also the author of a book on Hajj and Umrah, written to guide and assist pilgrims in performing these sacred acts of worship with knowledge, confidence, and sincerity.
